For nearly 20 years, the Private Debt business has been supporting SMEs in two key sectors: industry and high value-added services, with over €340 million in assets under management since inception and more than 50 investments made.

Our investment philosophy is to create sustainable value in direct partnership with entrepreneurs. We support companies in their transformation projects and their organic and external growth plans in France and internationally and assist them in their transfer projects, with a systematic approach to ESG issues.

Because the project owners are key to the success of the backed companies, the Private Debt team is there to support them with non-dilutive, long-term financing solutions.
